These Terms & Conditions are intended to set out our commitment to you and the principles we seek to uphold at all times. GlamGirlz is the party arm of the Got2bGlam run by Mrs Sheran Fairley.
Our service to you - We specialise in girls makeover parties, however, our portfolio extends from girls age 6years to adults. Our goal is to provide a high quality, professional service to all of our customers and all our functions are covered by public liability insurance. We work extensively in Central Cheltenham and the Cotswolds, but will travel further afield on request. Travelling expenses will be quoted and included in the package cost.
Confirmation of your Booking - All bookings are secured only on receipt of a completed GlamGirlz Booking Form and deposit, normally 50% of the quoted total cost. Deposits are not refundable but exceptions may be made at our discretion. The balance of payment is required on the day of the event. Cancellations made within14 days prior to event will incur full payment of outstanding balance, as it is unlikely that we would be able to re-book that time slot at such short notice.
Payments Personal - cheque (made out to Got2bGlam) or cash can be used for deposit and outstanding balance. We do not advise that cash is posted so please contact us if you wish to pay your deposit by cash and we shall endeavour to arrange collection.
Your Responsibilities- Important please note
In your guest’s best interests and in accordance with our Public Liability Insurance, it is a mandatory requirement that all invitation ‘permission slips’ (found at the foot of the invite) be returned to us before the party commences. Failure to follow this procedure will result in us not being able to use products on any guest without written permission. If the slip has been mislaid a signed letter of permission, clearly stating which products can be applied, may be accepted at our discretion.
Complaints - We take our customer service commitment very seriously and aim to exceed your expectations, to support this we survey every customer following a function. In the unlikely event that we do not provide complete satisfaction please contact the proprietor at the address or telephone number below. Any complaint will be looked at in detail with a view to resolving issues promptly and efficiently. We assure you of our best attention at all times.
Cancellation Rights - Once we have accepted a booking, we will only cancel where it is absolutely unavoidable, due to staff illness or other unforeseeable circumstances, giving as much notice as possible. Wherever possible we will try to arrange an alternative supplier whom we know to meet our own high standards. Financial liability in the event of our cancellation is limited to the return of payments already received.
Terms & Conditions are otherwise as stated in the confirmation letter we will send you at the time of agreeing your booking.
